This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of LIQUIDATION HOLDINGS LLC (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
Entries must be postmarked by the last day of each month and received within 7 days of the month's end to be eligible for that month's drawing. One entry per envelope.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
This contest begins on October 1, 2024 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted monthly from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days after the first attempt, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
All federal, state, provincial and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. This information will only be used for contest administration unless the entrant has opted to receive further communications from the Sponsor.
For a copy of the winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above. Requests must be received within 90 days of the end of the Contest Period.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction.
